MATT RYAN

Irrigation Manager

I have been with Crowder’s Landscaping for over seven years. I started my journey at Crowder’s in the maintenance department delivering quality work daily. After some time, I saw an opportunity to learn more, so I soon transferred to landscaping, where I began beautifying many commercial and residential landscapes. I felt I could still do more, as did our then Irrigation Manager. I was chosen to be Matt Fryer’s apprentice and, after three years of learning from one of the best, stepped into my current role, Irrigation Manager.

I take pride in the work that I do and strive to never leave a problem unresolved. I constantly look forward to learning new things and sharing my knowledge with my team. We handle the entire irrigation process from mapping out system zones, installing new equipment, and we do a full run through of each system at the end of each job. I inspect every job before I sign off completely to ensure everything is up to par with our client’s needs.
