LEONEL RODRIGUEZ-FLORES

Manager, Landscaping

Hello, my name is Leonel Rodriguez, and I joined Crowders Landscaping in February 2023 as the Landscape Manager.

I´m from Venezuela originally and have a bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Central University of Venezuela. It’s also there that I did my post-graduate studies in Environmental Sciences.

I´ve had several operational, commercial, and managerial positions in the Environmental/Landscape industry throughout my 30-plus career. I successfully ran projects of all sizes and particularities in Venezuela, Panama, and the United States. Companies like Serviambiente Ingenieria and Bio Ingenieros de Venezuela in Venezuela, Aqua Terra and Tropical Green in Panama, BrightView, and now Crowders Landscaping here in the Tampa area.

I´m convinced that the greatest work of God is nature, so my job is more than a passion for preserving it. I believe I am directly working for Him, my guide, and my Father. I enjoy going to nature parks, walking different nature trails, and reading a good book in

my free time.

What I like about working at Crowders is that it’s a big family with genuine family values and steadfast commitment to its customers and employees. I enjoy being part of it!
