Director of Business Development

Born and raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm, Andy learned the value of hard work early on before attending Winona State University. With a desire to serve, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, dedicating over 20 years to civil engineering, heavy equipment operations, and construction management. His military career honed his leadership skills and deepened his passion for precision and excellence. After retiring, Andy transitioned to the Newport News Airport before making his way to Florida, where he spent two years transforming the landscapes at the University of South Florida. It was there that he met Patrick Crowder, paving the way for his next professional chapter.

Now the Director of Business Development at Crowder’s Landscaping, Andy is instrumental in shaping the company’s success. His expertise in property management, horticulture, and customer relations helps deliver top-tier service with a personal touch. Passionate about creating stunning outdoor spaces, he thrives in a family-run business that values quality and community. Outside of work, Andy enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and traveling to experience new places and their histories. A devoted husband and father of four, he finds true fulfillment in building relationships—both in business and in life.
